Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Items that are shipped via a freight trucking company arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse due to their size and weight. Most oversized items shipped via freight trucking company leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States |

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: |

When can you track your order?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on www.ballsonline.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). |

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Tracking page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your www.ballsonline.com orders. Please note: Immediately after you place an order, order information may not appear on www.ballsonline.com in your order history for up to 1 hour.
When you click on Order Tracking you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. A shipping company may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 business hours |
